Main chef of our restaurant Gierkrówka is Karol Żmigrodzki – graduate of the Culinary School No. 2 of prof. Odon Bujwid in Krakow. His passion is creating unique flavors combined with a huge (for his age) experience of working in renowned restaurants. He gives each day a unique blend of knowledge and love for what he does. This is undoubtedly a feel on the plate. He believes that his work is related to the appointment because to cook good food should be put in her heart, soul and passion that he makes every day. He is a cook 24 hours per day – as a true enthusiast he sees ideas for new dishes everywhere – in the surrounding nature, in new places and in newly met people.
